The front desk staff were great, friendly and attentive to solving issues, but unfortunately the sound travel between rooms was awful and the key card entry system to the rooms seemed generally faulty resulting in having to change rooms and even the second room had the same issue. The sound issue would be a deal breaker against booking again for an otherwise reasonable hotel.

Good, but a star deducted...
I like this hotel, it is comfortable and convenient for my use. Knocked a star off as room service system was not working properly. My biggest gripe was my room being opposite the lifts where other guests feel it is acceptable to hold conversations, but more annoying was the cleaning staff knocking on the door at 7am to start cleaning my room!
