It is a pleasant, quiet, and clean hotel. Greenwich train and bus stations are practically outside the door, and the Cutty Sark is within walking distance. Just note that if you're coming from Heathrow, it will take 90 minutes by train either way and even longer via Uber.

Fab location in Greenwich with train and buses
Great location for trains Very expensive at the bar, cost £27 for a coke, g&t single and bottle of corona, surely this is not correct/fair charges? Only slept at the hotel as we saw a concert at the 02 but no issues with the hotel itself

Good welcoming at reception. Arrived early but joined the hotel group so could check into the room immediately. Room good but two small bottles of water were not replenished each day and the toilet roll not changed either but managed to last the three nights. The disappointing bit was at checkout. The member of staff didn’t ask about our stay or anything. They just took the room number and that was it??

I booked this hotel as we were coming to the O2. Easy check in, nice reception area and friendly staff. Our room was clean, spacious, light and airy, some traffic noise at night with the window open but didn’t really disturb us. Great breakfast selection. Greenwich Train / underground station just next to the hotel so easy to get around. However we chose to walk to the 02 which took about an hour. Greenwich town and tourist attractions such as the Maritime museum, The Queens House, The. Observatory in easy walking distance. Overall a lovely stay and would have no hesitation in booking again.

The Novotel London Greenwich is listed as a 4 star hotel with immaculate looking facilities and rooms. Therefore we chose to book via Expedia. On arrival the hotel reception/lobby was beautifully presented and we were handed our room keys. Upon on entry to our room, it represented more of a 2 star hotel and felt dirty and abandoned throughout. - The bathroom tiling grout was discoloured and appeared heavily soiled - The shower screen door also rusting and falling apart on the seals - Heavy black scratch marks and chips on the walls - Cable covers on the side of the dressing table falling off - USB plug points on top of the dressing table not even attached to the dressing table and was clearly a risk of potential electrocution - Damp patches on the lower wall which had warped the skirting board and splintered it, meaning it is no longer attached to the wall
