Very friendly. However, they assumed we were handicapped and put us in the handicapped room without asking because we are Deaf. We are very mobile and that room should have been saved for someone who really needs it. Should always ask, not assume then it’s a hassle to go back to the reception and ask for a different room. I saw next doors was for deaf and hard of hearing. Not sure why they put us in the wrong room.

Room 205 is super noisy. You can hear everyone open and close the door down the stairs to exit the building. It was like a small boom every 10-15 minutes.

The front desk staff busted into my room for apparent incidentals that they had to collect when I extended my stay for one more day paid in full and told them I would be downstairs shortly for that. Over charging for parking and the rooms carpets are filthy. Stayed in two rooms with moldy shower heads. Also they could have just called me instead of entering my room. No one runs away with $50 after paying a thousand for the week. Never staying here again !

The property was well maintained, very clean, and provided us a place to get some rest. The management and staff were helpful but not overbearing. They helped us get settled in and provided needed directions. The property was near to where we needed to be, and we had a great stay.
