Upon check in ... staff was not friendly... keys had to be reprrogrammed to get thru doors and our room... everytime we left the room there after it required we had to go back to the front desk to have the keys reprogram ... staff not apolgetic for our inconvenience... we also were not happy with the number of trains that passed at night outside of our window

Hotel is located between the freeway and train tracks - we had to keep our AC on high to drown out the noise. Rooms are open to the outside with no security gate or key entry. Our 3rd floor room was out-dated and did not feel clean. Check in and out was quick and easy though. We stayed one night and then upgraded to the infinitely superior Hilton Doubletree.
