The property and room was great but had to pay for parking which was not the real problem. The problem was that my vehicle was hit and damaged and the hotel takes no responsibility or have any cameras. It was a hit and run so i can't even get license plates. If your going to charge for parking after i paid a good sum for the room then i would expect more vigilance in the parking area.

I got the property higher scores than normal only because the breakfast attendant in the club lounge was very personable and made the stay enjoyable. I feel the hotel needs some upgrades like smart TVs with access to one’s own Netflix account, etc. That is almost standard even in little towns or Mexico hotels that I visit often for vacation.

I really like the location of the property (close to UCSD and right next to major shopping mall with nice restaurants), so car is not necessary to have. I love the pool area as well! Rooms are always nice and clean.
