"Quick get away to celebrate my brothers birthday with family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house and location. Spent the evenings enjoying the common areas playing games. Everyone had their own area, definitely plenty of space for 8 people. Beth was so quick with responding to any questions and information was provided throughout the home. "The views from this house are awesome. Close to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville and a 40 minute drive to Monterey. I can’t emphasize enough, how perfect this beach house is for a group gathering. Stairs from the bottom level go right to the beach. All 3 floors have a living room area, refrigerator and at least one bedroom which provides everyone with some privacy. Top (entry) floor has 2 bedrooms (1K, 1Q), bathroom and kitchen (cook top, no oven). Second floor has one bedroom (Q), 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and gas fireplace (the gas fireplace provides lovely ambiance in the evening). Bottom floor has one bedroom (K), one curtained off bed area on a platform (Q), and twin trundle beds, bathroom and a kitchenette (Fridge and microwave, no cook top or oven). The owners are very responsive and kind."
