Had expected a reno. Bathroom, though had shower, and top on vanity, the vanity itself was old fiberboard, water damaged. nicked, there was some mold? on ceiling or beginning of it at top of mirror. Maybe they did the carpet. the bed frame nicked also, 3 sets of curtains. We paid for strip view, the windows were so dirty could not hardly see out of. looked on top of building. Bed was good though. Staff was helpful, and pleasant. Sorry don't think we would chose to return. Not once was hall floor cleaned during our 4 days.

Food was expensive and average, had breakfast at Guy Fieri's bar and it was terrible and over $30 ($7 for a cup of tea!). Wireless was awful, couldn't connect. Rooms were clean and spacious and quiet. Staff were helpful.

Location and price are great, but hotel rooms need deep cleaning! I am not referring to the basic daily cleaning because it does get done, but the walls are dirty, mirrors have fingerprints, lamps are dusty, bathroom floors are sticky. And so much for the views because windows are very spotty/dirty! Also, check in lines are hugh=horrible!

the lack of signs for self parking, the hotel cards that dont work in the parking, understaffing big time , greed vs happy client - greed won big moving clients to use machines with no one there to help at check should look at Walmart as a model they have people helping. Taco Bell at a small counter have more staff than the 2 working in a gigantic hotel for check- in

Overall the property feels refreshed. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. There are a lot of food options on property, which is a huge plus. Self park is a bit far from the hotel registration, which is a bummer. Would have given a higher star, but check-in was kind of a pain. Self check-in kiosks were slow and took several tries for it to read my drivers license. After finally getting my room keys, I get to my room and the keys do not work. I hard to spend an additional 30 minutes to go back down to the registration desk and wait for someone to help me. Hopefully this can be streamlined to make a smoother check-in in the future.

I have stayed in vegas many times at other properties. The receptionist was rude and they did not have any late check out available. It is a remodeled hotel but looked old and worn down.
