£15 for parking. Only electric chargers are Tesla ones. Very busy hotel. Very busy. And had some unnecessary attitude from some of the staff because I walked forward to reception without being called. The guy said “go back. You walk when I tell you to come forward”. Better options close by.

Had to take a Uber from terminal 4 as no shuttle to Renaissance Cocktails in the bar are expensive No pasta on the menu All mostly sandwiches Breakfast 16 pounds same a la carte pretty much. Chef uses lots of oil to prepare omelets. No real good espresso. Maquerel was excellent

Great property. Don’t be fooled by the outside (needs an update) the inside is very nice, classy and professional. We got a room with view of the runways to watch planes coming & going. Fantastic! Windows are doubled up for soundproofing but some noise does come through. Didn’t bother us at all. The windows could use a cleaning between the glass of the inside & outside panes to improve the view. I would stay here again.

The staff were excellent! Very friendly servers in the dining area. The rooms are small and had an odor in the hallways. But was fine to stay for a night near the airport.
