Everything was very good ladies at front desk courteous and spoke spanish with my husband. Easy parking for handy cap. Booking on 1st floor was great for me. Clean, quiet and breakfast was great. ladies spoke spanish👍

I was very happy with my stay. The place was clean & parking was free on site. The beds were comfortable & the water pressure in the shower was awesome. I stayed here to catch a Lyft into Boyle Heights for a concert. There is a Denny’s right next door & Ozzy’s Diner is a couple blocks away. I slept soundly & could not hear any noise outside. The swimming pool looked nice & clean. This was an excellent stay for a good price. I would absolutely stay here again.

The customer service was great. The place felt safe and it was really clean. The only bad thing, was that my rooms AC was super loud. It sounded like you were turning on a big truck. The noise would come on and off throughout the night. I did say something and maintenance came and fixed it but the sound was still as bad. My sleep kept getting interrupted by it so that was the only downside. The rooms are also pretty small, like tiny small.

This is a perfect location whether traveling alone or as a family. First of all the ENTIRE hotel staff was friendly, professional and engaging. They were very eager to solve any issues we had and very accommodating in doing so. The facilities were clean and maintained very well. The rooms were clean, high pressure showers with constant hot water. Mattress provide a very comfortable and quality sleeping experience. The best was the more breakfast, a very good variety of cold and hot options. Vegetarian options were also available during our stay. The dining area was very cleaned and food was replaced quickly, never witnessed food running out, which was amazing because the area was always full from individuals, coupes and entire families with children. The staff was always eager to assist in making the stay very enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this location. If the entire chain is like this hotel, I found my new go to stay when traveling. The dollar value was exceptional for this location and best of all free parking with 24 constant security provided.
