2-3 star hotel. Too expensive!
The curtains are see through. My room was dusty, my eyes were irritated. There was hair on the shower walls and all on the floor of bathroom. Location was nice and the building layout was cute and cozy. Easy check in and out. Plenty of parking.

The room was clean, the area is safe, but : Drapes don’t close. Our room was at first level. People can look inside from the parking lot and they park 3feet from the room. The street lights in the parking lot shine bright straight in your face and you can close the drapes because they are designed not to close. I couldn’t sleep with light so bright. This other guest was constantly smoking in the parking lot, cigarette after cigarette, in front of our room, talking loudly on the phone. I had to listen to his whole divorce and business conversation with ex wife, lawyers and business partners, because you hear everything through the thin walls. The guest in the room adjacent to me left at 6am, woke me up, and at 6:30am housekeeping started vacuuming the room.

Although the beds are comfy, I did not sleep well from the paper thin walls and noise of other guests and traffic through the night. Location wise this is about 2.5 miles from Santa Monica pier so quite a trek. Shout out to the lively staff, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I unfortunately had to cut my stay short. The manager would not honor a request from me or hotel.com for a refund for the days I could not stay. I informed the front desk that I would be checking out in advance. I cannot reccommend Comfort inn to others if this is not resolved.

Always has been my top pick. Why? 1. Staff is awesome--professional but not stuffy. 2. The amenities are excellent--flatscreen, coffee machine, refrigerator, desk for work, plenty of lamps, a microwave, plenty of closet space, lots of outlets to plug in devices. 3. Breakfast in the morning. 4. Shower heats up immediately with a walk-in shower--yes! Thank you Comfort Inn--I'm always comfortable here!

Room small and averything old. Breakfast reasolable considering the level of the hotel. Staff: The man who was working at night of the arrival day (Oct-10th 2024) was gentile but the two ladies who were working at the leaving day (10-10 2024 - 10:00am) were rude and very unfriendly.

We stayed here because it was close to UCLA Medical Center. The hotel was clean and checking in was easy. I don't think the extra charge for parking was good.

What I liked about the property was that it felt safe due to the amount of security measures. Keys are needed to get almost everywhere which felt reliable.

This place was disgusting and looked nothing like the pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE. The curtains were moldy and the bed was stained with who knows what. It reeked of cigarettes. The bed frame was tattered and gross. There was a fist-sized hole in the wall by the door. I stayed for 20 minutes and booked another hotel nearby, it was that bad.
