This was a very nice hotel in an okay part of town. The lobby and bar area are clean and welcoming. The staff was mostly friendly. I was disappointed we could not get an extra roll away bed for a two queen room, they stated that was not a possibility.

Our tv lost satellite connection approx every 30 minutes or so. The tv would literally turn off. We also had to kill a medium size spider the first night. Surprising for a Courtyard Hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful. We had to ask for extra towels because they did not provide enough but they were quick to fix it. The gym was clean but had a bit of a weird smell. The area was what brought down the rating as the property was right next to the highway and you could hear the noise. In addition middle of the night there's random people yelling and screaming outside and you can hear them. Perhaps our room was facing the street and that's what made it so noisy.
