Property needs to be updated, food was great but the facility was very old and worn. Suite we stayed in was poorly laid out and very dysfunctional. TV was to the immediate left of the bed making it impossible to watch comfortably from the bed. The marina view was partial at best and for the price as a suite it left us very disappointed.

The place was great except there was a 4 inch cockroach in our bathroom at one point that caused my friend to scream. I still got a pic of the roach if staff wants to see it.

Definitely would stay here again. Front desk staff 100 percent ! Very helpful, polite, funny. Made my sister and I feel at home. Rooms were great, area great, Beautiful!

We decided to stay here since it is close to the cruise port. Nice place to stay for the night. Very attentive and great customer service from front desk, waiter at the restaurant and the maintenance guy.

Desk staff were great. The lobby was full of flight arrivals hours before check-in. Staff worked to store everyone's luggage and were so curious to the endless repeat requests for rooms. Housekeeping staff greeted us as we passed by. Maintenance worker provided my husband with a much needed bottle of water. Dinner was also great.

Read other reviews advising property has declined, did not find this to be true, staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are fine, beds comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Will be back.

This hotel charge $22 parking a day which I was unaware of when I booked I probably would not have stayed. I do not like hidden costs………..
