We traveled as a family, with teenage kids. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We checked in a few days after the big cyber hack in July 2024, and the staff was dealing with issues of not being able to make digital keys, security escorting all guests to their rooms, etc. They handled the extra stress very well and it appeared as though there was good team work among them. The small pool area is a nice place to relax and eat take out. The valet was easy to deal with, I was glad I got half price on it and only paid $25, ask about that. The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and the area was good for walking distance to the Walk of Fame and Chinese Theater, etc, but far enough away that you weren't right in the middle of it. Delicious restaurant across the street, Papi, and a donut place that was good. I would stay here again.

Convenient location. Beverly Center Mall right across the street. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Room very cozy, bed very comfortable, clean sheets. Great service. Forgot some items in security box, were returned to us without any incidence, staff very helpful. Very safe area.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. Didnt realize that parking costs $50/day but it helped to keep our vehicle safe because the area is a little sketchy.
