Un début non convaincant mais un sejour agréable.

En générale, l'hotel est un bon choix vu son emplacement très près de Hollywood et du Walk of fame , il a été renové au goût du jour et est propre dand l'ensemble. L'offre du déjeuner est tres bien , plusieurs choix et bon goût. Par contre notre experience générale a été gâcher dès les premières minutes de notre arriver où ils ne voyaient pas que nous avions payé (au début ils voyaient une reservation que j'avais canceller pour rebooker pour profiter d'une économie) Ensuite ils ont trouver la bonne réservation mais voulais nous faire payer encore même si j'avais déjà payer via Hotel.com depuis 1 mois. Ils ont voulu que je m'arrange moi-même pour communiquer avec hotel.com afin qu'ils communiquent avec eux afin de régler le problème. (What make us happy it is to make you happy (leur slogan) .... disons que c'étais pas sa la première impression.) Bref apres avoir tenter de communiquer moi-même avec hotel.com et que eux ai tenter de communiquer avec l'hôtel sa semblait etre une erreur dans le système pour prendre l'argent ...bref nous avons attendu plus d'une heure dabs le lobby pour que la madame ce décide à offrir un service et appeller Expedia et comme par magie en 2 minutes tout était regler. ... sérieux pourquoi pas avoir pris sa en main dès le debut afin de servir leur client ... franchement décevant. Je sais pas si leur but était de pouvoir soutirer de l'argent 2 fois mais ils sont pas tomber sur les bonnes personnes. 100$ us la nuit comme dépôt c'est beaucoup trop.

Great location to all of Hollywood.

Hampton Inn & Suites in Hollywood is a convenient location and easy to get to, just seconds off Santa Monica Blvd. The hotel is clean and in great condition. The rooms are spacious. The valet staff is excellent (kudos to Emmanuel for extra-attentive service). Front desk staff is friendly and effecient. One of the fastest checkins I've had in years! The rooms have great lighting, a comfortable desk, a mini-refrigerator that is quiet, and both electrical and USB outlets at the nightstand. The downside: cable TV is limited and the remote control must be used carefully lest you click to change channels but accidently press the main menu button. There are no channel numbers so you can't type in a channel, you must scroll. The only complaint I have is the street noise level. I stayed on the South side of the hotel and it seems like there was a party going on outside with loud music and lots of people. There is an Alcoholic Anonymous meeting center right below the hotel and I thought the noise was coming from there, but I am not positive. It was noisy until just after 3am on a Wednesday night.
