The view of the construction and the fact that I waited hours for my room to be ready was less than desirable. Shuttle service was a 10 person vehicle that was first come first served. Doesn't help when your in a group of more than ten like we were.

Very pleasant check in, texted once we were in room to make sure everything was ok. Very nice lobby with complimentary beverages and popcorn setup.

They assigned me to a room with a broken window. Good thing i looked and checked and noticed window is open and no way to lock it. According to the maintenance guy they don't have the parts to fix it. They offered to move me which of course i have to move bcoz i feel unsafe for me and my daughter. I just can't believe they know window is broken but assigned the room anyways. The room i was assigned is close to a roof. Anyone could just climb in to that open window. Please put that room 537 out of order until window is fixed!
