Our stay was okay. Nothing great nor bad. We got there almost 2 hours after check-in and our room wasn’t ready so that sucked. But the actual room was fine. Good size, comfy bed, tiny balcony, and pretty quiet. Would stay again.

I didnt like that the rooms were dirty.. the hotel was just over priced. The pool was very cloudly. The staff was amazing but the way that the hotel was structured was not fair for what we paid for.

For a remodeled hotel it’s dirty. Water leaked through roofs and bad patch jobs. The tub in our room was nasty cracks in the walls very dirty pool. And I got locked out of my room and a cleaning person opened it with her card without verification that it was my room

Nice, comfortable hotel
Nice, clean hotel with a small restaurant that had good service and decent food. We used the free shuttle to get to a local grocery store and the cruise ship terminal. Great service and great rooms.

I don’t recommend this hotel. First, I was told that I can possibly do an early check in at 2 which wasn’t true. Checked in at 4 and was told it was an early check in which that’s the check in time but some guest didn’t check in until hours after. Bathroom had mold in the walls with a funky smell. They changed our room which was fine, accept we can see water damage in the walls with a weird smell, whatever we ignored it. The parking pass wasn’t working so had to get it fixed. Parking was horrible if you have a bigger vehicle as there’s not enough spaces for a certain clearance. Valet tried to tell us it wasn’t his fault our truck didn’t fit and that I’d have to pay for valet rate. Manager came through and our truck was parked in the front all night. Overall the hotel staff was friendly and nice but the hotel itself and how it was, especially with kids just wasn’t for me. The pool was closed during the time we wanted to go which was around 5/6 but was going to reopen later on at night which with kids, we had no business being out at that time with people doing grown up things.
