A Holiday Inn by any other name
We stayed here a year ago and maybe we got an upgraded room, but during our trip this year the "Holiday Inn" really showed. Carpets were ragged and dirty, wallpaper ripped off walls, and a room with a direct view of the parking garage. The service was good, but they need to renovate badly. We won't be back.

I liked that the hotel had a sauna and where the pool was at. I also liked how the room was clean and how spacious it was. I did not like how the hotel didn’t have a jacuzzi and that when I called to ask if a hotel employee could bring up the luggage mover, the front desk refused my request and said that I would have to go all the way down to the lobby and get it myself.

I think we were put in one of the least desirable rooms at the hotel. It was not a full hotel so I can't imagine why they put us in an out of the way room with no view.
