My boyfriend and i were here for the long Labor Day weeken. I never been to Burbank, my BF thought it would be a nice change. Anyway tried this hotel the hotel is really nice the staff are nice but dont tell you all the information. I asked when does house keeping start and stop, was informed they only clean your room if you ask. So the next day i requested our room to be clean. We left the hotel at 945am and came back at 330pm. Plenty of time to clean the room, we got back the room was not clean. Called the front desk to ask why. Front desk told me he will call house keeping to see why. 5 minutes later no call so i went to the front desk, to see what was going on. Was told i had ny do not disturb sign on the door. Didnt think that would matter since you have to request for the room to be cleaned. I was never told this. So, if you ask questions make sure to ask follow up questions.

Great place to stay. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Great bar and food at hotel bar. Nice pool area. Parking available which was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Burbank. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The staff was courteous, polite, and professional. If we travel through Burbank again, we would definitely consider a stay here.
