An elegant historic hotel with a fantastic pool, lobby, and patio area. There were several cafes and eateries within a block's distance. The food options within the hotel ,however, were limited. No in-room coffee maker.

The staff at this hotel were helpful, no complaints about the service. The location isn’t bad, there are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, the rooms are small and oddly designed (dark, mismatched decor, no basic amenities like coffee machine or soap). Overall, not the worst hotel experience but definitely not the best. The cost of the rooms is not worth what is offered.

Hotel was very nice. Beds were comfortable and was quiet. Would stay here again. However, I’m sick of hotels like this one charging extra for parking and this facility fee each day. Also don’t like having to smell marijuana down the halls and in the parking garage, for there is a pot store under the hotel. I still have to pass drug tests to keep my job.

Weird Stay
I didn’t get any help offered with my bags, and there was no water offered in the lobby on a super hot day. (The check-in desk attendant was able to get me a cup of warm tap water but it seemed like a special request.) I had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby while housekeeping confirmed the room was ready even though I was checking in after 3pm. (And even then I found a clothes sticker on the wall from a previous guest once I got in the room.) There’s a tv by the bathtub which is cool except it only gets a couple very glitchy local TV channels. There didn’t seem to be a way to get Netflix or any streaming channels on either of the TVs. In the morning there was no breakfast as promised in the lobby because they “had no barista that day”. At the pool, the maintenance team started cleaning the pool with a machine while guests and kids were swimming in the pool without saying a word. They just had to swim around a giant extension cord and machine. Otherwise my stay was fine. The staff were generally friendly and the hotel has an old Pasadena charm to it.

Loud noise from the street. Booked from Expedia stated all the taxes and fees are included except parking and pet fee but they still charged a facility fee of $15. Hotel is not located in downtown area so parking $29 per night is overpriced. "upgrade" my room from two beds to one bed without letting me know there was no sofa bed option lol. Will not stay here again.

Hotel was pretty average Small bar no restaurant to eat in Pool was nice, Grace and Nathan took good care of us. Has a kitchen with limited food items Room was nice, shower, bathtub, comfortable bed but did have a Maryjuana smell
