It was dark when I arrived, so can't really evaluate the outside. Inside the lobby was well lite, and welcoming. There was a slight line with only one clerk to check guest in. She was very efficient, and friendly. My room on the 8 floor, was clean. I was surprised with the mini frig, which was perfect! I have strick dietary restrictions, so had all my food with me. There was a noticable water leak on the ceiling, with some missing "cottage cheese". There was also water damage to a picture hang near where the leak has occured. Bottom line the shower and towels were clean, there was coffee by the coffee maker, and the bead was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The issue I had was the breakfast. The powdered eggs were like rubber and out of 4 mornings, bread was only offered once. I prefer toast rather than a bagel. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Friendly staff! Easy parking and check in! They have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport even though the Expedia website does not say so. It's quiet and comfy! We will definitely stay here again!

It's convenient for the overnight stay when flying in/out of the Ontario airport. The staff was polite and helpful, breakfast was basic but the cold section and the waffle station had something for everyone. It's a bit dated hotel but at par with the rest in the area. Bathtub and cabinet are outdated, blanket has blood stain, bedsheet has hairs on it. The carpet is dirty, my food turn brown walking barefoot, I have to go buy a flipflop at the dollar store. The 2 beds were not queen size, instead it was a full size but not comfortable at all with cheap mattresses. I will not book this place again.

On Monday the housekeeper cleaned the room (at my request) and I don't know why they packed all my belongings in my suitcase, mixing my dirty tennis shoes and my dirty clothes with the clean clothes; this also caused my shirts and pants to become wrinkled. I did not vacate the room until Wednesday. I reported this unpleasant situation on Tuesday to the front desk.
