Location, clean and comfy
Very nice Hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice room with plenty of fresh towels and nice linens on a comfortable mattress. The balcony was tricky to navigate due to size but a welcomed feature. The beach is across the street, a ten minute hike due to the stairs and depth of beach. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would be happy to stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful but I didn't give this hotel a high rating because the rooms were so noisy. The aircon was so loud you needed ear plugs (which actually were provided). The shower was hot and cold constantly but the amenities were amazing. The hotel is in a great area for shopping and walking but wouldn't stay here again.

The visit was OK, but on the noisy side. We could hear our neighbor's TV through our balcony window, there were a group of girls banging on a neighboring door, yelling her name at 12:30am and there was a dance party on the sidewalk with very loud music at 2am beneath our balcony -- all in one night!

Our room faced the beach with a small balcony. It was clean and well equipped but a little cramped for 3 adults. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel gives you a small discount for being "green" and not having your room serviced (if staying 2 nights or more) which we liked as it encourages people to use towels more than once!

Perfect welcome, location and comfort
The location, near the pier and restaurants is perfect. We enjoyed the promised ocean view just like the picture with a small balcony with 2 chairs. Despite the prime location, the interior of the room was very quiet and comfortable. Nice amenities, plush robes and a Nespresso coffee maker in the room. Our welcome and check out could not have been any warmer. A wonderful stay.
