Heidi was so friendly and a wealth of information about the area. Restaurants, etc. great view of sunset over the beach from our room. Street noise is a bit loud though. Would definitely stay there again!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was truly amazing. The staff are fantastic! They made my birthday very special with their own creativity. I truly felt welcomed there when I arrived. They definitely surprised me. I absolutely loved their own personal birthday touches. The place was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again. The room is beautiful and the ocean view is stunning. So relaxing.

Here are the things I loved about Ocean View: Check in staff were very welcoming & friendly. Joy checked me in & she was lovely. All other interactions with housekeeping and valet were also great. Everyone was very nice. Valet parking entrance made parking easy. We didn’t have to worry about finding street parking. Location was fantastic for the event we attended. We found lots of great restaurants within easy driving and/or walking distance. Rooms were QUIET. We were here on Halloween night & it was loud outside but with the balcony door shut the room was peaceful. The bed was comfortable. Amenities went above & beyond. The room had a Nespresso machine, earplugs, squares of chocolate, sewing kit, shaving kit, body scrubbers, shower cap, dental kit, & pillow spray! Balcony had seating for two & lovely view overlooking the Santa Monica Pier & ocean. The hotel was very clean & had a lovely lobby aroma.
