It's a really old building, but the rooms are updated and nice. Staff is spectacular. Not a Bad neighborhood. The bed was good.

Worst experience ever. Manager very rude and unprofessional. Very unsanitary. Nothing works (was trying to get water from vending machines but charged my card 4x without giving water). Asked for towels 3x and it took forever to get new towels (because ones they set in room was dirty). Not sure how they run this place but it looks like scam for the money I paid of over $300. Parking paid separately $50. Oh and not to forget to mention garage parking wasn’t working also manager was yelling at us because we mentioned our room wasn’t cleaned properly (he was threatening to call the cops because I took pic because I felt unsafe and was scared manager would do something bad) he has short temper be aware!! It’s about the customer service everywhere I go and unfortunately this place treated me unfairly and I believe him to be racist!

Charged $50 a day for parking even as a guest. Curtains don’t fully close, poor too cleaning and bathroom was in poor repair. Definitely not worth the money and staff didn’t seem to care

The hotel was run down and in poor condition.
The hotel was run down and in poor condition. The worst hotel experience ever. I asked to switch rooms and they gave me the same room with the same conditions. It took 4:30 for the shower to get hot. Broken outlets, filthy bathroom, grout and fixtures. Not what you expect when paying $300 a night. I could not get comfortable being their. The pictures shown prior to the reservation where drastically different than reality.

Great Check-In
Since I was driving into West Hollywood I overestimated my arrival by 4 hours and they had my room ready and let me check-in. That was big relief after driving in horrible traffic for awhile
