I had alredy paid a more than reasonable amount via expedia. "other charges" taxes, etc, was a significant additional amount..not to mention that parking fees are 70 per night and 10s delivered to the buy bringing the car every time? I ended up paying more than 200 on tips because there is no self-parking.. black coffe in the mornings 9 dollars?? hight quality hotels (four seasons as an example) give a lot of complimentary things (of course coffee included). one more comment: one of the multiple times the valet got me my car, I discretely gave to 5s and without hesitation he checked how much he was receiving.. seriously??

The hotel is billed as a five star property, but it does not live up to this standard at all. The room felt like a basic (all be it large) mid tier hotel. There were very few amenities, and the staff was just fine. The bathroom was dark and the tub was cracked. Everything felt a little run down. I would not return to this hotel. And it should not advertise as a five star location

So I had an important call to take one morning during my stay. The business center was occupied. I went down and asked for a quiet place and Maria was so nice to put me in a super office / meeting room. Few mins later she brought me a nice cup of tea with some sweets. She went above and beyond to put me perfect conditions for a very critical meeting / interview I had. GREAT STAFF!!!

Not even a bottle of water provided in the room and yet $35 charged as a use it or lose it which is impossible to use if you check n after 9pm, as the food and bar close so early. Miserable staff in the breakfast area.

The rooftop patio was always closed depots saying it was open , we drove back from a day trip to enjoy it and they closed it because it was too cold ? All others in the area were open and this one has 3 fire places and heaters? And the pool was open ? Also the rooms had little to no lights in them , very hard to get any water even though it was complimentary

Everything was perfect but be aware of the extra charges like the destination fee and they don’t have self parking space so you’ll have to pay for the valet.

A very nice Hotel
The hotel rooms are very spacious and great ementities. Staff was very friendly. Room service was prompt. One minor thing, the hallways and common areas can use a little sprucing up. The dining area is beautiful.
