Everything was perfect but be aware of the extra charges like the destination fee and they don’t have self parking space so you’ll have to pay for the valet.

A very nice Hotel
The hotel rooms are very spacious and great ementities. Staff was very friendly. Room service was prompt. One minor thing, the hallways and common areas can use a little sprucing up. The dining area is beautiful.

They damaged my Louis Vuitton travel bag and broke the handle and then refused to take responsibility although it was in their camera. After a long discussion they referred me to their insurance and they said they can only pay $250 while it will cost me $1700 to fix it at a LV store and replace the handle.

We were not impressed with this property. Jennifer the hotel "manager" was just awful with not a shred of customer service skills. She refused to have 2 items that we paid for brought up to the room for a disabled senior citizen at 11:00pm on a week night. Lexi was amazing before we even arrived to the property. I will NOT be staying here again.
