Nice hotel. Halls are a little outdated but rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable. Food can be ordered and picked up from hotel restaurant. I did not notice if room service was available.

The tv channels were a disappointment. Common channels like CNN, CNBC, CBS and many others would not display. And often the channel name that showed up in the upper left hand corner would not be the actual channel that was being broadcast. I was in room 440. May want to check it out.

I was traveling there with my baby and when we got to the room there was a used razor in the bathroom and there was hair in the sinc as if it had not been cleaned. The staff was very helpful in quickly giving me a new room

After waiting for 25 minutes in a long long of people to check in, after paying $82 for valet parking - which is half the cost of the room itself - they put us in a room without any working TV. When we called them about it, no one came to help - it’s been 30 minutes now and it’s 1 am.

Customer service was really poor. We checked in late to catch a flight in the morning. There was no parking at the property. Customer service was rude. They kept on saying the you booked through a third party so we can’t help you. They were only offering valet for $75 otherwise told us to park in a public parking lot outside of the hotel. Really a horrible experience.
