The price for parking was not something that I was made aware of, before reaching the property. The cost was $24.00, and it would be great if I could be made aware of that, when I made the reservation. Parking was a 5 or 10 minute walk from the room. There was no space to park and get checked in, before taking my car to park. If I could have checked in and taken my bags to my room, it would have been much more convenient. You had space for the valet option, so pretty much, you had space for your option that generated more money for you, but had no space for me to leave my care while I checked in, if I'm parking myself.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and found the staff to be friendly. However, I did not receive a hardcopy or email of my receipt from the concierge, unlike my experiences with other hotels.It's been 10 business days, and I still haven't received my $100 deposit refund.During check-in on November 26, the front desk lady mentioned the deposit would be returned within 3-5 business days.I'm feeling disappointed with this delay.

Nice hotel. Halls are a little outdated but rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable. Food can be ordered and picked up from hotel restaurant. I did not notice if room service was available.

Outdated, don’t stay
This is an average hotel that is seriously outdated. The TV in my room is from like 2010 or something. I bring my Apple TV everywhere I go and I had to call maintenance to get them to switch the input so I could use it with their tv. The remote in the room doesn’t allow it and the tv itself doesn’t have the buttons to change it… that’s how old it is. So maintenance comes up and changes it with the actual tv remote (not the “clean remote” they supply in the room) and I ask if I can hold onto the remote and he tells me they only have one FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING. So, if I to turn off the tv anytime during the trip, I’ll have to call him to come back and change the input. LOL What?! Luckily, it was a short trip and I didn’t need to call him back. I won’t be staying there again. The other hotels in the area give you a remote that works and a much bigger tv that’s not from the Stone Age.

The property only offer valet parking for $85 daily parking no self parking available at the hotel for me is too expensive for a parking fee. I Had to cancelled my car reservation because of the valet parking fee, moving forward before I booked a hotel found out the parking rules otherwise the hotel was great.
