The price for parking was not something that I was made aware of, before reaching the property. The cost was $24.00, and it would be great if I could be made aware of that, when I made the reservation. Parking was a 5 or 10 minute walk from the room. There was no space to park and get checked in, before taking my car to park. If I could have checked in and taken my bags to my room, it would have been much more convenient. You had space for the valet option, so pretty much, you had space for your option that generated more money for you, but had no space for me to leave my care while I checked in, if I'm parking myself.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and found the staff to be friendly. However, I did not receive a hardcopy or email of my receipt from the concierge, unlike my experiences with other hotels.It's been 10 business days, and I still haven't received my $100 deposit refund.During check-in on November 26, the front desk lady mentioned the deposit would be returned within 3-5 business days.I'm feeling disappointed with this delay.

Nice hotel. Halls are a little outdated but rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable. Food can be ordered and picked up from hotel restaurant. I did not notice if room service was available.

Sheraton Gateways had no Guest internet available during my stay. I inquired at the front desk for help connecting to Sheraton internet from my room, as I couldn't seem to connect. They told me the internet was out for the entire property and they had 'no timeline' as to when it might be restored. Really infuriating. I have never had this happen at a hotel before. Front desk made no effort to adjust room rate or to inform guests upon check in that there was no internet.

The people working there were above and beyond. The rooms were eh and a lot of inconvenient fictires etc. The cafe and restaurant, really expensive for not such great food. TV channel choices were strange. I couldn't get a football game in my room, but it was in the bar, so they clearly want people spending money at the bar instead of enjoying it the room.
