First room was so bad the wife said no way. Had manager put us in a different room. It was slightly better but noisey, standing water in shower while showering and worst bed I've slept on in a couple decades. We arrived late after a long drive otherwise we would have searched for different hotel.

The only redeeming value is how close it is to the cruise port! Sleeping outside might have been cleaner and warmer. 2 thin sheets do not provide enough warmth. Slept in our clothes. Pay more and stay elsewhere!

The place was falling apart, had to be given 3 different key cards before they just decided to change my room since I couldn’t get into the original room. No breakfast, no pool, and the rooms had a funky smell and lots of water damage and gunk everywhere

Staff was friendly, pictures from the website showed the hotel to look really nice, once therethe hotel did not look like the puctures lobby was not appealing, hotel looked nuce from the outside but was old from the inside

Meh... Decent enough for a one night stay but I wouldn't write home about it. Outdated and band-aids everywhere to mask holes and such.

The main lobby smelled like an abandoned house, and the mattress were stained. Lots of stains on the walls and the smell on the room wasn’t the best. We booked the room to visit the queen Mary haunted event, other than that I’ll stay at a Marriott next time around.

Great little retro gem on the waterfront. Instead of 'trying' to be retro. it really is. The place has the feel of a European hostel, but it's distinctly American. The whole place has the strange feel of 80s noir. Love the stained glass windows in the lobby!
