The manager at that day was unprofessional, rude and loud. Knock at my door at 10pm telling that the music was loud what is not true! He back at 10:30pm with the same complaint and act very rude ( screamed on me ) and told me that he going to put me ion a black list because I’m not falling ‘his rules”

Clean, staff were over the top excellent. House keeping was awsome. Safe neighborhood. Close to fantastic shopping at Glendale Galleria. Great Roof top dining and bar. Loved it will stay there again.
