A pleasant scent exists in the lobby that puts you at ease. It's a short walk from the active food and shopping area of Pasadena. My wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

I always have a great experience here! Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Just wish they had a snack area like other hotels! I always have to go to the gas station around the corner for drinks and snacks.

We enjoyed our stay at Westin, the best thing is probably the location of the hotel. We were able to do a lot of walking around and attend the events we were in town for easily. Only huge minus was the self service parking here!! Pretty much if you plan to go out, price is same for valet & self parking (with in&out service). The parking garage is around the block of the hotel. There is an elevator from inside the hotel to access it, thankfully!! But had I known that the self parking was gonna be such a hassle, maybe we would have stayed elsewhere..? To be honest, hotel is a bit outdated and scuffed up but staff is kind and helpful. Must say overall housekeeping does do a great job keeping everything clean and sanitary. It’s just you would think for these monies spent, the hotel would be a little bit nicer.

For the last 5 years plus stayed twice per year. It was always immaculate. As of late the maintenance of the rugs seemed missing. Never before where there spots in the room on the floor. Maybe let someone double check the room? For the rest good restaurant in the hotel, safe parking and friendly service all round.

Not your typical Westin property
Unfortunately, no early check-in was available. While we waited, drinks were not cheap at the bar, and the ladies' restroom off the main lobby was very dirty. The valet service at checkout time was a long wait, which a hotel should know in order to schedule staffing for checkout.
