Hotel was suitable and quiet inside when compared to the street noise and crowds outside. No door person was there to assist with luggage and steps have no railings. Check in was not the best. My credit card company must have placed a security lock on my account for precaution, and the desk attendant didn’t work to resolve it. I had to use another means of payment. Thank the lord I had one. And I had to contact credit card co to resolve after getting to room. The desk should have made attempt and suggested at that moment to contact them. The next morning a different and more customer friendly person at front desk listened to what occurred and reran my card with no issues and refunded the other card. The room was fine and comfortable.

Booked this property based off the pictures looking great, and the size of the rooms being impressive given the price. I confirmed with the hotel prior to staying that rollaways were available and could be used for a portion of the stay. They did not give any indication it depended on the room that you got. I arrived at the hotel, there were additional fees, and a rollaway was not possible because of the size of the room, I did not think much of it until I arrived, there was no more than two feet around the bed, except the west size having 3. I went down to the desk and was told the room looked nothing like the size advertised and was told that Expedia decides which photos to use, and to contact the manager. The hotel appears the same online and their specific website. I do not recommend and will be contacting the manager about the misleading appearance.

Great for business trip!
I loved the location! would definitely stay here again for business. The property is a little dated, and the toiletries are not great, but it was within budget, and I brought my own toiletries. The one complaint is the walls are extremely thin. Got woken up by my neighbors showering, a colicky baby, and people coming back from the bars. I'm an ok sleeper, it was a bit annoying, but still a solid 4 stars for a biz trip.

Lobby was nice, smooth check in process. Elevators are super slow. The staff uses them to move linens and towels too, so that's inconvenient. My room was super old and worn down. Carpet was frayed, curtains were old, the bed was sunken in and uncomfortable, the toilet never stopped running, and the bathroom door was super inconveniently placed. Also, i had to request a do not disturb sign. While ive stayed in worse places, they didnt cost $500/night.

It was a good hotel in the heart of Korea town. It had very comfortable beds, the room was a decent size, and the staff were wonderful.
