I've always had good experience every time I come here. Love the rooms but its always the people in front desk have provided me excellent service. From the manager Samir, the pretty European girl with long hair (sorry i forgot her name lol ) and this time it was the filipina girl (sorry i forgot her name as well lol) that was super nice and very accomodating when I was checking in. It was a good experience overall :)

We had 2 layers left on our roll of toilet paper when we checked-in and room cleaning person didn’t bother to give us some the next day either. Front desk was NOT reachable and so I went downstairs to get it myself. The guy told me that even if they had responded the phone, they don’t bring to your room… Also, not a very convenient location… nothing much around, transportation takes a LONG time, so we ubered everywhere.

Overall, the hotel is great. Staff is friendly. Helped me out with a later checkout at noon. Took a star off for cleanliness because there is a few spots with mysterious stains like behind the sliding bathroom door

Comfortable and Clean
Only 1 night stay but it's all we need to tell how good this place is. The place is newly renovated (we've stayed here once before many years ago) and they did a good job of that. We had a room in front of the elevator, and didn't hear much noise from that. The room was very clean and pretty spacious. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillow needs a little work - too soft. Wish they'd have a pillow menu. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel since it was a la cart and not free breakfast (it's okay, because there are many choices on HWY 7 within a very close drive). They do have a Starbucks downstairs that opened until 10pm. The people was helpful and pleasant - they let us know the BP next door isn't open yet and we can park in front of the restaurant (even though we checked in a bit late at around 10pm and majority of the closer spots are taken). If we are back to Toronto, will definitely stay here again.

The rooms and bed was nice and comfortable. It is clean and well stock every day. Though, there is no sauna but the pool and hot tub is great!
