I like staying at this hotel as its close to my client, prices are affordable and plenty parking. Parking area near the lobby seem safe but there are back areas that I wouldn't park in (dark / don't see cameras around there). The hotel is clean, the front desk staff are nice...however there is a chlorine smell/musty smell throughout hotel (not sure if its because of the pool in the lobby seeping through or the age of the hotel/ventilation/carpets) but its quite noticeable. There's a Starbucks and grocery store/pharmacy as well as variety of restaurants within 10 minute walk (2 minute drive), so that's convenient but beside that there isn't anything closer to hotel. The restaurant lobby service is not great, I've waited before to be served and after 10 minutes sitting there just left. so, for the price, this is good for me, given proximity to my client, free parking.

Only dislike is breakfast is not available until 7 am. Many travellers have to leave at 6 am. It would be highly preferred to have it available at 6 am if someone is listening.

We've stayed her many years ago. Some of the bedroom furniture needs to be touched up. The outside gardening could use some removal of weeds. The staff at the desk as well as the restaurant were excellent

I honestly dont recommend this hotel after the experience i had. The issus started before i even checked in. Our flight landed at 7am so i called the hotel to see if they where able to offer a early checkin even if i paid something.(expedia sais they offer for a pirce) i was told not at the moment witch is fine so i asked of they could call me if they did. I was told to come to the hotel and get a card and to call my self and check. Like why would i need a card if im clearly calling you? So ok we come drop our bags off and just felt un welcome by the guy working who took our bags. Anywas we left for a bit and came back and just waited for a room. So now we are checking in and i give the guy who is still haveing attitude my prepaid travel credit card. (I dont give my actual credit card out if i dont have to) and he was so rude after this. Like basically saying he dosent want me there with this card. He even tried getting me to cansel my reservation buy saying things like the deposit will take a motnh to come off i said thats fine. Then it was a month and a half i said ok then 2 months. Im liek dude its fine! So he let me check in we get our key card and go up to the room. We notice how nice the whole aera around is and head to the room. Well we get into the room and first thing we notice is coffe or something spilt on the floor. So we start taking a better look and you can tell the floors dont get washed very often there was dirt and hair all over the place.
