"Very nice hotel and in great location for Oxford street and The London Palladium. Arrived early but our room was ready and had been upgraded. Think it was very quiet as it’s January. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was clean, warm and very nice, had a large bathroom and all amenities. Didn’t have breakfast but had a drink in the bar after our show and had some chips made for us as a snack. Overall a very nice stay for one night"

"Easy location with good connections to transport and attractions. Property itself had a slightly strange reception and catering layout spread across the ground and first floors, but the staff were extremely helpful and the room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings"

"I stayed with my son before his exam and our stay was just wonderful, in particular the hospitality of every staff. A porter even gave my son a notebook with a pen and a lovely message to wish him luck on his exam. We were very touched! It was a lovely stay overall - highly recommended! "
