Gettingvtowels and wash clothes daily were awful. 2 days no towels or waah cloths. 1 day dropped off laundry told tonpick up wvening. Wasnt even started sonhave to take back again. Towel and luandry service very bad. Wvery thing else nice. Songreedy with towels. I use 2 one body 1 head. He uses 1 could only get 2 it was awful. Grounds were good.

We had a really wonderful time at Sea Gardens. We felt rigth at home and was sorry to leave the last day! The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The food is delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from. Everywhere you look around the property you'll find beauty. The place is clean. There are many areas where a couple can sit and talk comfortably while enjoying the dreamlike views. We will definitely return to Sea Gardens for our fourth visit. ❤️

We had a disappointing check in was some issues with room. However, Erika, and Chantel from guest experience rectified our issues with room. Don't book a standard room. No windows noon last evening. Made a world of difference with our experience. I will certainly be returning now. We were happy with our stay here. Returning in March.

Excellent, friendly staff. Accommodations are comfortable but not luxurious. Bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. Not enough outlets to charge devices. No tissues in room. Limited bar options. Very reasonably priced for an all-inclusive. Recommend for short-term stays.

Relax in the sunshine
What a warm friendly welcome you get here. Everyone wants to make sure you are ok and do what they can to help. My wife had a terrible chest infection and the on site nurse was a star providing medication and checking on her welfare (all at no cost) The hotel is obviously a few years old but the rooms are pristine and the AC super cool. Restaurant cuisine is mainly Jamaican but you can always find something to eat and the snack bars provide burgers hot dogs etc so you won’t go hungry. Big shout out to Andre at the bar and Carla for the excellent room cleaning. We stopped at Sandals in Jamaica a few years ago and I can honestly say this has been a far more enjoyable experience albeit there’s no wither service for drinks We Will definitely be returning

The place was horrible. Very thuggish they treat people really bad! It’s ran down property there’s rats everywhere! The pillows are small the beach is not what’s advertise! Showers not warm at all they serve the same food for breakfast and dinner. It’s sinks bad!

It was an ok stay. I was disappointed that the pool was under construction and closed. Shocked that there wasn’t an elevator on the side of the Resort we stayed so we had to go up 5 flights of stairs each time we went to our rooms, so we asked for a lower floor because we both had issues with our feet and legs, when we were given the lower floor we had to drag our luggage down the 5 flights of stairs it was horrible! Check out was horrible, line out the door, a mgr came in and started asking to help but didn’t ask who was next in line and we questioned her and she was very unprofessional I can’t recall her name. The stay/Resort was nothing like I imagined from the pictures but at least I can say I’ve been to Jamaica I guess.

We had a great time here. The property is in great condition and the entertainment was top class. The food was a wonderful mix of local and international and the beach is lovely. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the staff could be a bit more pleasant and carry a more pleasant demeanor. The property is older and could be upgraded a bit but that did not take anything away from the stay. I would definitely return.

The food was amazing and Lots of traditional Jamaican dishes that were so delicious. The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. The excursion catamaran that we booked at the hotel was so much fun and I highly recommend!! We will definitely stay again!
