Gettingvtowels and wash clothes daily were awful. 2 days no towels or waah cloths. 1 day dropped off laundry told tonpick up wvening. Wasnt even started sonhave to take back again. Towel and luandry service very bad. Wvery thing else nice. Songreedy with towels. I use 2 one body 1 head. He uses 1 could only get 2 it was awful. Grounds were good.

This was my second time staying at the resort. The food was amazing, all 3 meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When I arrived I was assisted by a very respectful young man who helped me with my bags named Damion. The all inclusive bar was amazing right next to the pool. My bartender Faye was consistent with the drinks. She was great! I would so recommend! #BackHome #US

Old property. Very clean! Drinks were delicious. Food at buffet and next to the pool was not enjoyable. Food at the beach bar was tasty! The Italian restaurant was AMAZING but you need 24 hours reservation!

The hotel staff are very friendly and the buffet restaurant has a good range of traditional Jamaican food in their buffet restaurant, my husband drooled over their oxtail and curry goat. We spoke to chef Marlon who is clearly passionate about what he does and it certainly came across in the food we ate in the Italian restaurant. The hotel has a range of facilities including access to a small beach with a grill and bar which was an added enjoyment to our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of shops and 5 minutes drive from Montego Bay airport

Absolutely loved this property for me and my fiancé! It was our first time in Jamaica and this resort really made it so easy to enjoy it. They have activities available to guests and it was very interactive with group activities like pool volley ball. They also had great selections of excursions to buy at the front desk and the Jam west one was so much fun! Hope to come back again

I love it there it was my third visit and actually looking forward to visiting again. The staff was very nice and friendly from Bell boy to the manage Stacy. The grounds was very clean and neatly groomed it was just refreshing. See you next year Sea Gardens!!!!

They stuck us on the side of the resort that is not updated. Pictures on the website are very misleading. Our air conditioning AND tvs did not work.

This was a Birthday trip for my 76 yr. old Mother..sad to say that we were disappointed with the Room and Customer service...the location of the hotel is great if you want an economical hotel close to the airport, the food served was traditional Jamaican so don't come expecting to get scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, there are no elevators at this hotel so be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage, we had to wait 24 hours to receive washcloths and our room card key locked us out our room on our last night...dont be fooled by the pictures...at this time, I do not recommend this hotel based on our experiences.
