All staff that we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we really enjoyed the pool. Our room was casino side and had an updated bathroom. Our friends stayed on the pool side and their room was more dated but still clean. Overall great stay, will go back.

Loved our stay as a family
We had an amazing time. The pool was so clean, warm, and quiet. The staff in the pool area were friendly, helpful at enforcing the rules, and always available. The change rooms and washrooms were well equipped and comfortable, very clean too. The snacks at the side of the pool were really tasty and there were good healthy options. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Loved having a keurig coffee machine in the room for a quick cup in the morning. The bedding was soft and clean. The floors were clean, bathroom was too. The robes were amazing! The only drawbacks were as follows: Our tv remote had some buttons that didnt work (had to type channel numbers instead of up/down), the blinds didnt lift up/down or tilt well using the cords and we had to fiddle with them lots and manually yank on them to adjust them. The ottoman for the armchairs was very grubby, enough that I didnt let my kids touch it. Overall we will absolutely be back and are hoping to stay 2 nights next time, not just 1, to get the full pool experience!

I expected the property to be in much better condition, especially for the price they charge. Room furniture is worn out, antique room heater, carpets dirty and worn. Overall the property is in dire need of a make over. Likely would not go back.

for the price they ask, they aren't worth it, you can get into the pool for $20 a day and not have to stay at the hotel. not very comfortable, very dated (more like staying in a room on 1985) and it took 54 minutes to get our very small breakfast for a cheap $45...will not stay there again but will enjoy the pool.

Friday and Saturday night they have adult swim from 9-12. We were in town for football for my teenage son, I booked at the spa thinking it would be nice to soak after his practice was over at 815. The pool closes from 830-9 and adult only swim starts at 9. No where on the Expedia booking site did it make mention of that. There are also many stains on the carpet. The condition of the hotel is definitely old.
