"I booked 4 rooms at this hotel for me and my friends. I chose it according to other reviews. It was actually better than expected and we are all more than happy with our rooms and overall stay. I can see the Hotel Frontenac from my window and most of us have a beautiful fireplace. This was a pleasant surprise!"

"The location could not be beat! Located next to the chateau Frontenac and the toboggan ride. We rode it 3 times…amazing! Very walkable to the Christmas Market and multiple restaurants. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable!"

"This hotel is in walking distance to Old Quebec including ice skating and the tobaggan sled ride. The hotel and our room was extremely clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool is heated to 92 degrees all year round. We loved it so much that we made reservations to return in a few weeks."
