A scam
The place looked nothing as advertised online it was so filthy dirty with broken equipment. Bugs water damage and mildew . A waste of money. The pool was filthy none of the dinning areas were open . The whole place was just disgusting

Worst hotel ever!
I was lied to by hotel staff that all the pools were open the night before my arrival to the hotel. When I checked in parking was a add charge of 12$ a day to park in the parking deck ( most all the hotels it’s free) got checked in to be given wrist bands for the pools that were drained and would not be refilled until the day I was leaving. Trying to get a refund was like pulling teeth but got some of my money back, will be contacting management on Monday. The room a/c had a funny smell to it, it’s an old hotel that needs updating and a lot better staff. I checked out 15 hours or so after checking in, none of the restaurants were open at all, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and worst staff I’ve ever seen. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures below are the pumps draining the pools into the the sewer and parking lot.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms had a mold smell, roaches were crawling all around…This place was dingy and just flat out nasty. I would have rather stayed in a motel. I will never visit Myrtle beach ever again after staying in this dirty hotel. Yuck. I had to shake out all of my belongings before returning home to make sure roaches weren’t in my bag. Absolutely disgusting!

First of all check in is at 4 PM. This property did not check us in until almost 5 hours after check-in claiming they didn’t have a room for us when we pre-checked in a day before got all the way up to our room and found our sheets were dirty. The floors were dirty. Nothing was clean they through new Towels in the room we have pictures to prove it. There was a lot of criminal activity across the street the whole entire time we were there as well as in the parking garage found three bags of paraphernalia Complained multiple times nothing was done was really disappointed in the way everything was handled. We were not compensated other than they did move our room. Eventually we got up to the room And we had booked two rooms both with double queen beds, but they gave us two rooms with full beds. Then when they moved us again for the third time, they gave us one room with two queen beds, and one room with two full beds. The TV did not have cable the elevators in the east wing did not work and people were getting stuck in the elevator for up to 30 minutes at a time Along with my wife that was stuck in there and small children. We felt that they overbooked the hotel due to the size of the pool recommended amount of people at max capacity was 40 and we counted way over that. Fire alarms kept going off they claimed false alarm yeah we were definitely on edge the whole entire time there they claim that they are not responsible for belongings unless in safe but room had none
