We've replaced our Damage Deposit requirements with a new option where you will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking and has no merchant fees associated with it.
This condo features a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests. It also includes a full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher and a kitchen table. It also includes a washer & dryer in the unit and a private balcony.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.
This is a private condo and you will have full access in the unit except for the owners closet
We are less than 2 miles from the airport (MYR), Myrtle Beach State Park, Market Commons which has shopping, restaurants, movies, athletic complex, walkway, free parking, etc. along with many other nearby restaurants, shops, mini-golf, helicopter rides plus many other attractions just minutes away.
House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.
Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #
We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.
We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen
You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.
In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.
Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.
