"This hotel is beautiful and MASSIVE!! We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience! They offer a super convenient shuttle service to the train station at no cost. The limousine bus to and from Narita and Haneda airport are paid service for affordable. (But the bus schedule ends early, around 6pm I believe, so we didn’t have the opportunity to ride from the airport since our flight arrived later.) The staff were helpful, and always ready with a smile. This property was across the beach, so our kiddos loved that. The only downside was that, the hotel location is quite far from all the attractions we did. Disney, TeamLap, Kidzania, Sakura district, Tokyo tower etc. (They’re all over 1.5 by train) But we were able to still move around because the train station from the hotel is walkable! If you’re looking for a more quiet stay, and don’t mind hopping from one train to another then this will be the right place for you! "

"Nice hotel, fully autoimates - checkin. Rooms were small, even with king bed. But nice and clean. Lots of.airport shopping. Gree shittle.to.terminal.1 and 2, connected to terminal 3 (international). Took.a taxi.from.shimgaya statikn, about 6K yen - rather than chug train. About 7 miles."

"Beautiful hotel. Lobby was very picturesque. My room was wonderful. If there was one thing that was very slightly uncomfortable, it would be the space between the wall and bed. I also have a toddler who likes to run on the bed, and we had two beds put together in our room, which made me worry if my baby runs and his leg slides in the gap and bends the other way, that would be terrible. Had to tuck in the gap to prevent that. I did love how you can access the Family Mart there from the inside of the hotel, how the train station was right next door, and how close the fast food style Japanese food restaurant was by that very station. Incredibly convenient! Loved my stay here!!"

"We booked the king panorama corner view room, and there was an extra 15,000 yen fee per night. But it was absolutely worth it, the view of Tokyo Tower was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and polite, however the food and service at Sky Stellar Garden Bar was just ok since there were too many people (those are not hotel guests) and it took us about half an hour to get the check."
