I love the hotel. I stay here each time that I come into Napa (a few times a year). Ironically, I come because of the gym next door, but it is also the gym goers who create the major issue with parking during the early evening. Even so, I have stayed in several hotels in the area through the years and for the price, comfort, and pleasant staff experience I would not stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay! The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and kind. The room was great. Would have loved to have a microwave but it’s not the end of the world. I’m definitely the type of person to clean/disinfect a room before I unpack and I was pleasantly surprised here. The one thing that I was unhappy with was the breakfast. Really really below expectations. When you’re paying almost $300 nightly you expect a decent “complimentary breakfast” and this did not hit the mark. Wish I would have had time to enjoy the outdoor amenities but I will have to try to get out there next time! Other than that I was pretty happy with my stay.

Our room was only cleaned our last 2 days there. We contacted the front desk and did not get much help or explanation as to why. I have stayed at many Hamptons and this was a subpar stay at best. Very disappointed.
