this property was advertised as "Guest Laundry" which was the deciding factor in me choosing it. I found out when there, the Laundry is all app driven, and only allows USA credit cards. I was from overseas, and unable to wash my clothes. The staff had no answers. Oddly they took my credit card with gay abandon... I was not happy with this result. Otherwise a reasonable hotel

Hotel was great for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Location was great! Easy to get into Napa.

I had booked this property for two days and after a day, I received a phone call while at a music event that my items were going to be moved out of the room because I was supposed to check out that day, which was incorrect. I had to call the hotel back and talk to them about my situation which they insisted I was to be checked out that day and not the following day and I had given them my information and they told me that they were going to call me back which they never did. I had to call back and speak to someone else of which they confirmed I was due to check out the following day as originally booked Why no one bother to call me back and let me know that everything was OK and put me at ease instead of leaving me stressed out for most of my music event, which was uncalled for. I will not be booking at this hotel again. Also, the next day before I was due to leave at 11 cleaning staff was already knocking at my door at 10:45 and she was upset that I was not vacated.

My car was broken into during our stay here. They broke my rear window. The hotel managers said they can’t do anything about it, because we park at our own risk. Even though we’re required to pay for parking. We asked for camera footage, and they said they didn’t have cameras pointed towards the rear parking spots. Be careful if you stay here. Aside from that hotel was clean and self check in/out was nice.

Really nice property, the location is fantastic. If you're searching take the time to look what's around the property itself. So many restaurant chains, Home Depot if needed, a movie theater 200 hundred feet away. The hotel will not disappoint, I will stay again.

Although the stay started off a bit, the staff at this location were helpful in attending to the situation. The stay overall was great very clean facility and very close to walking trail, stores, and food/movie.
