We stayed 5 days at Aliz hotel. It was fine if you are just needing a place to sleep. I don't understand why they charge a resort fee. It's far from a resort! Staff is rude and not helpful at all. The baggage storage employee is the nicest person there.

Basic hotel. They were supposed to do something for my husband's birthday but they did nothing. We got a room with no view, nobody ever greeted us during our stay. Resort fee is ridiculous. There's a lot of other hotels that offer more for less money.

I liked that it is walkable to Time square! Looks modern, clean and well kept. However, will charge me for early check in fee even just for 1 hour before. The receptionist during check in did not explain the charges. No receipt given to me.

My only complaint is that they had the worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. I stayed for one night only and wouldn’t stay longer due to the terrible pillows. But it was clean, staff was very friendly and great experience except bad night of sleep since I can’t sleep without a pillow and it was like laying my head on a rock.

The Alize exceeded my expectations! The staff were so friendly and efficient with services. During check-in, they provided us with 2 complimentary drinks from the bar in the lobby as well as a $25 chip redeemable in their small market/snack area or restaurant. There are 3 elevators so we didn’t have issues with waiting a long time for an elevator. Our room, although tiny, was very clean and always stocked with fresh towels. Rooftop bar is a must see for amazing views of the city, just keep in mind that reservations are needed. Even after checking out, they still offered to hold our luggage so that we can still continue to explore the city until officially leaving. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is truly top tier. The crew checking me in/out were the sweetest people ever. The room is small but it’s very cozy and homelike. Would recommend and I will be back here again.

A+ hotel

Amazing stay! Excellent location close to everything you need or want. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in a double deluxe room on the 26th floor. It was stylish, spacious and clean. The view was awesome! We received two free drink vouchers for the lobby bar and $25 dollars to use at the snack bar, bar or restaurant. You really can't go wrong. We will definitely be staying again!

The property was clean. The staff made a difference in my stay. We didn't make reservations to the rooftop bar but the bartender gave us a table and we had a wonderful evening with a beautiful view.

The hotel was nice. Our room was very very small. We had a room with an accessible bathroom, so the bathroom was large, but not one shelf in there to put your toiletries. Storage in the room was limited and again, very small. It was fine for what it was for (one night after a broadway show) but probably could have found something slightly bigger for the same money. We got there early and they said the room was ready and we could have it early for an additional $60. No bathroom in the lobby for the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was one fee- no matter kid or adult, and the food was cold and small selection. I traveled with a teenager and a 12 year old. One more person in the room with us would have been very uncomfortable. Front desk staff were extremely polite and friendly as well as the bartender. Breakfast staff seemed out off when I asked for something. Hotel is in a great location
