This property advertises bathrooms inside the rooms that is incorrect, the air was broken, the bathrooms were dirty, they wouldnt supply towels, no robes or slippers to walk accross the FLOOR. terrible i left half way of my stay.

This place is the best location. We flew to NYC from Australia so it was great to stay here so we could go back with Jetlag and then easily go sightseeing when we woke up again.

HOSTEL NOT HOTEL
This is a HOSTEL. Not a hotel. They false advertised this on the website and was very confused when we showed up and had to share a bathroom with 10 different people. The bathrooms were also never cleaned while we were here. The same black hair and stains in the toilet were to be seen every day during the trip making it hard to use the bathroom or shower. I don’t recommend unless you’re staying for like a day. Maybe. Staff was nice.

This property is good for a very short day no more than a day or two. It was reasonably priced for a NY stay.

This is a hostel not a hotel. Travelocity did not mention this when booking. The place was infested with cockroaches and had shared bathroom. My wife and I did not stay and had to book another hotel last minute. What a sham!

Stayed over night Friday into Saturday . When booking this hotel. It did not state that it was shared bathrooms/showers among the other guest. However the hotel and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful! Plan to bring ur hygiene products as they do not provide these items. It was a bit noise (outside ) but your NYC it’s expected !

The property resembles more of a hostel than a hotel or “inn”. There are NO bathrooms in any of the rooms, something not clearly delineated in the description of the property on Expedia. Could not stay there and asked for a refund or partial refund, and was denied. We’re out $400 for the 1 night that we did not stay there. Horrible experience.

The rooms all had shared bathrooms. This surprised me and several others who were checking in. I don’t remember any mention of that when I booked the room or read previous reviews. The room and facility was very utilitarian. They did not offer any toiletries for sale. The shared bathroom had no soap in it and no paper towel to dry your hands. I guess they didn’t expect anyone to wash after using the facility.
