This place was fantastic. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The rooms are on the small side but it’s NYC. You’re probably my not gong to be hanging out in the room much. But for the price this place is an excellent option. Great location for doing the touristy stuff. Very close to all the excitement of midtown. I will defiantly stay here again.

Loved the area - close to everything. Subway station within the block if you needed it. Got there around noon, ready to store our bags and our room was ready. Such a nice surprise. Rooms were comfortable for the three of us. Comfy beds. Plenty of hot water. Small hotel compared to others I’ve stayed but never had to wait on an elevator so that’s a big plus. Water was always available in the lobby as well. No bar or restaurant but plenty of options within steps. Front desk staff was always so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Price to quality - definitely recommend !
Excellent friendly evening front desk attendant. Room was perfectly fine, clean and comfortable. Noise level pretty decent on the 9th floor considering we’re overlooking 36th street — pretty quiet. Overall highly recommend! I was a little skeptical about a Best Western but shame on me! (note: it’s NYC, so obviously the room is small-ish but certainly big enough for what you need!)

Great location, but there were a couple downfalls. First, the hotel is small, so you can hear the room next door. Next, they didn’t clean well. Making our bed consisted of pulling up the comforter. The shower door didn’t close properly and the walls were dirty. There’s another hotel next door that I’d try next time. The location is great though and the front desk staff was nice. At one point workers came in our room and didn’t even knock. They were apologetic and nice but still.
