The staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was large and clean. The hotel location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and parking options, and it places you midtown east which makes it easy to get all over the city either by subway or on foot. Will absolutely stay there again.

Visited NY with friends. We arrived a little before check in and were given access to our rooms promptly. Skye checked us in and she was truly a delight - and was very pleasant to interact with for the duration of our stay. The rooms were nice. Very big for NYC - a little worn in certain respects, rooms could use a little updating, but they were totally adequate for what we needed. Everything functioned as needed and was comfortable. I used the gym and it was nice and had everything I needed as well. Located right at 3rd and 53rd, so the location is great, and particularly quiet on weekends. I would definitely stay here again.

Ugly property, dirty everywhere… Now I understand that the reviews that I previously read before booking were from people with dramatically different standards Very cheap for Manhattan but definitely: “You get what you pay for”
