I booked on line and when we checked in I told the receptionist that I had an appt at the outpatient sloan kettering center in the same building and she did not mention or offer the agreed pricing that Sloan Kettering has with the hotel. Very disappointed

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. The location is excellent, plenty of shops and dining options. Rooms are decent but can tell they are on the older side and can use some updates/cleanliness. Nothing to prevent me from coming back but I have higher expectations given the price.

Overall, I like this property because it is in Midtown where I do work and can get to anyplace I need to go to fairly easily. I stayed here years ago when we were having our apartment renovated for a few days and the property was in better shape then. Things seem dated -cracks in walls, old tired bathroom decor etc. which made the price seem high for what it is. On the plus, you get your clean bed, a desk to work on, a little view of the City so if you are in town for that, it is just fine. Staff was lovely.
