Midtown location is excellent. MSG & subway 1 block away. Short walk to Times Square. Included breakfast is a great added value. Property & rooms are super clean. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Excellent value for midtown location. Will definitely stay there again.

Loved that it was close to Penn Station. Also having a kitchenette was a major bonus & uncommon in NYC. Staff was very nice & helpful with subway tips.

Just such a beyond average stay, the value was terrible, the rooms weren’t even equipped with proper blinds so you see all of New Yorks lights at night. Definitely just don’t recommend staying here

The rooftop sitting area was lovely. The rooms were spacious enough for the time spent there. The beds, even the couch, were comfortable. Housekeeping, front desk and breakfast staff were super.

We enjoyed our stay at the homewood suites, it met our needs as a base for exploring nyc over the week. We were a bit disappointed with hot breakfast options some days, just not our tastes. We really enjoyed the coffee and drinks in the foyer available at all times. The gym, laundry and rooftop was also a nice touch. Evening reception on a Wednesday was also a nice surprise. Staff were overall polite and helpful although variable at times, but understandable as it’s a busy hotel. The street area often had homeless groups nearby at night but suspect that’s due to the harm reduction centre which is on the same street. We never had any issues or felt unsafe. Housekeeping were great, they forgot our room one day but were available to rectify this for us.
