Whilst location of the hotel was good, finding left over food (a whole slice of bread from the previous guests rooms service which quite clearly had been there a while and looked to have been left there on purpose by the previous guests) in between the pillows of what was supposed to be a freshly made bed was a very unwelcome surprise.
When this was raised with the hotel, it was met with the appropriate level of surprise, however, the suggested 50 USD off as compensation is laughable. We shared photos of the issue with the property, and suggested a reasonable solution, but were met with disregard and a complete lack of service mindedness. This was our second stay at this property and with the options around in the vicinity in the same price bracket, we will be taking our business elsewhere going forward. All in all a bad experience and certainly nowhere near in line with the brand values and promises of a Hilton property.
