Love this part of the city. So close to our favorite dining options without the chaos of times square. Also very close to the subway, so anywhere in the city isn't far. We had a view of the Freedom Tower and it was spectacular! Rooms aren't huge, but are well-designed.

Amazing experience at Motto. Super tidy, clean and efficient room - so smart to put the drawers under the bed. Friendly staff, lovely cocktails and wonderful coffee bar. Loved this hotel 10/10

Old food in the bed and poor response from mng
Whilst location of the hotel was good, finding left over food (a whole slice of bread from the previous guests rooms service which quite clearly had been there a while and looked to have been left there on purpose by the previous guests) in between the pillows of what was supposed to be a freshly made bed was a very unwelcome surprise. When this was raised with the hotel, it was met with the appropriate level of surprise, however, the suggested 50 USD off as compensation is laughable. We shared photos of the issue with the property, and suggested a reasonable solution, but were met with disregard and a complete lack of service mindedness. This was our second stay at this property and with the options around in the vicinity in the same price bracket, we will be taking our business elsewhere going forward. All in all a bad experience and certainly nowhere near in line with the brand values and promises of a Hilton property.

Very comfortable hotel in Chelsea very close to Broadway and convenient to SoHo and mid town Manhattan. The staff were helpful and the rooms are nice. I would stay here again.

Check in was smooth and easy. Modern way of doing things and a very posh interior of the lobby and restaurant/lounge. Room was small but functional. Slept well there and the blackout shades were helpful. Had a decent view of the city. The bar was hopping but the bartender was aloof. The wine was not good. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Gorgeous property in the heart of Chelsea. The staff were attentive, kind and accommodating. The hotel itself has great amenities for those traveling for work or with layovers at the end of their trip. We’ll be back!

Easy check in process. Our room was ready before check in time which we appreciated. The restaurant, Lulla, has a small menu but the food is amazing. Highly recommended and the prices are very competitive.
