This is gem! Love the amazing location 2 blocks from Times Square and steps from shopping. The hotel room is spacious and it’s solidly built. Did not hear neighbors/outside traffic. Coffee/tea/snacks available all time and continental breakfast. Love it!

The staff (all we encountered) were helpful and friendly. The location was great for us- an authentic Italian restaurant in front and an lovely, french bar/rest to the side - both within steps. The hotel is smaller than others we've stayed, but cozy, very inviting, and easy to navigate. The complimentary coffee bar is open all the time and was great to have coming in from the cold weather!

Walking distance to Time Square and other points of interest. House keeping staff were very friendly. Registration staff who would take the phone call over a customer standing at the front desk. There was some noise coming from the theater across the street at the theater.

We enjoyed the amenities and the hotel’s proximity to the theatres, restaurants and shopping. Central Park was a short walk away. The continental breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit and baked goods.

I was super excited to go back to New York City I hadn't been in more than 20 years. Recalling that last visit to NYC I remember booking Hotel through only to find upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and we didn't have a room. Unfortunately I had Deja vu. When we arrived at the Pearl on October 16th they had sold our room! They claimed that someone had been sick and they couldn't kick them out of the room but that wasn't true. They took us to a neighboring property which was several Stars below this one we were put in a room with two full size beds, I was traveling with my husband and we had booked a king room at the pearl. We had to stay in that other hotel for one night. We were assured by the Pearl that we would have our room as booked the next day. Needless to say it put a speed bump on our travels but once we were safely ensconced at the Pearl, upgraded to a room with a balcony no less, we enjoyed the property very much. We booked it because of limited Services because we figured, and we were correct, we need all of our meals out. The staff from the evening of our first arrival and one of the porters at the front were absolutely terrible. Rude, indifferent. I would have expected more from all staff members given the circumstances of our checking in. However, there were two bright spots one front desk agent & one Porter were Superior in their service, kindness, and general helpfulness. I tipped $$$.
