Have had afternoon tea before but this is the first time we have stayed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. Staff were polite at check-in and check-out. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had - salmon was a nice touch with cold meats and a hot breakfast also offered. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return. Cable car is close by and a quirky converted bus serving pizzas.

Excellent! Another excellent and very enjoyable stay on board the Sunborn Hotel, London. We stayed a few months prior to this recent stay, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves just as much. Staff are all so friendly, polite and accommodating, all you have to do is ask, and in no time at all, the service is delivered! This visit we want to name Alex on Reception, he just went out of his way to make sure we got what we asked for in Beverages. Executive Bedroom with Balcony and River view was fabulous, clean, bright, and all what you need, complimentary fridge, bottles of water, kettle, coffee machine, ironing board, robes, and slippers to name a few. Breakfast excellent and no complaints. We have certainly found a 'Gem' and we will hopefully keep returning!

Enjoyed the cleanliness, spaciousness and quiet of this unique hotel. Very spacious standard room. Slightly disappointed with breakfast, being just a standard buffet. Not much choice regarding fresh pastries, but sausages were excellent!
