Eating area for breakfast was small for the amount of people that want breakfast. Not enough tables to sit at. And to grab food, guests were constantly bumping into each other. One guest was at the waffle machine for awhile, would be more convenient to maybe have a few more waffle makers for the other people standing in line waiting or a separate area for the waffle making. Over all it was a clean place to stay at and the room was great for what we needed it for.

Staff was excellent. Pool was not clean. The water looked cloudy. The water looked dingy. And the sides in the pool were dirty. Needs to be cleaned, I was there in February and the pool looked the same.

This property was dirty during breakfast, the room was poorly cleaned and smelled bad. The bed linen on the sofa bed was worn and smelled bad, as if they had not been changed from the previous guest! The reception staff are helpful and attentive!

We were first checked in to a room where there was a man inside painting. The front desk clerk assigned us to a different room, but obviously there is a lack of communication to the front desk about what rooms are actually available. Service was friendly, but in a 4 night stay I only received fresh towels and cleaning 1 time, and I had to ask for that. The sign in the room indicated they would change towels / sheets every day unless the 'do not disturb' sign was put out. That wasn't the case. They need more staff - as most places do. For the price, I definitely did not receive the service.

The property was dirty, really disguting...fresh blood stain on the sheets of one bed, hair on the sheets of the second bed, and the sheets on the pull out couch were dirty too. The pool was green looking and cloudy. We did not stay and went to the desk, requested a refund and left after driving 7 hours. No way my kids were sleeping there or going in the pool. The clerk refunded me no problem, but did not even offer to have the room cleaned, or ask to see the pictures I took of the beds. He also stated the pool was cloudy and green because it is heated?!!!

Not very clean, no maid service room was not cleaned. You hear everything from other rooms and the pool was green, could not swim.

The building is literally falling apart, there are bits of the siding all over the ground around the hotel. Inside is dirty, the walls are dirty and it doesn’t look like the carpet has been vacuumed in weeks. The bed in our room didn’t have a fitted sheet, and the mattress protector had little blood stains all over. The comforter had a fist sized blood stain on the edge. In the morning the breakfast area had flies buzzing all over. The staff were very nice, but we won’t be back.
