A nice hotel overall. I liked that it smelled good (a lot of hotel rooms do not, or they smell of cleaner), that it was located in a good spot, and that it was tastefully decorated. I also appreciated how quickly the housekeeping made up the room in the morning after I left. I happened to come back later in the morning a couple of times and they were already done with the room. The one thing I did notice and why I gave 4 not 5 stars is that one night the people next door were talking in their room, not loudly, and it was very easy to hear the sound of their voices. So apparently the soundproofing could be better between the rooms. Otherwise, good hotel in an excellent location about two blocks or so from the waterfront.

We travelled from Hawaii and had a great stay at the property. We had a party of 5 and requested rooms next to or near each other and was accomodated. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were awesome and peaceful. Great stay.

We enjoyed the location, service, and amenities at this property. It’s very walkable to the Wharf, North Beach, and Chinatown. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and booking a tour, and the room and other amenities were clean, attractive, and well-appointed. Would stay again!

We were a group of 5 and had an interconnecting room which was so good! The only gripe was that we could hear the room above us walking around late at night which woke us up every night. But everything else was great and is in perfect walking distance for us to Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard Street.

Nice clean hotel, only small issue was one of the elevators was not working. The Staff were all really nice and accommodating and the Conseirge were great to talk to and gave us info on nice deals in the area.
