Endroit agréable, mais pour un hôtel-spa de 4 étoiles je m’attendais à plus de propreté (ce qui est la base dans un hôtel à mon avis, bien avant tous les autres agréments - trois téléviseurs dans une suite est un peu ridicule… il faudrait investir plus dans la propreté dès lieux). L’aspirateur n’avait clairement pas été passée et le plancher était sale, tout comme le miroir et le robinet de la salle de bain.

The pool water temperature was extremely hot for a summer day. Pool is suppoused to be cool to refresh on a hot day. The pool water outake was putting in hot water, so it was hot by design and not because of climate and use. Someone should check the heater controls every day and not leave a generic setting on.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We love the lay out and all the pool, hot tub, yurt, sauna and cold tub options. It was so clean and room spacious and good quality shampoo/conditioner. I took advantage of the spa and got massage and it was wonderful and Meghan was very sweet and friendly. The staff was very friendly and professional. This was my husbands second trip and my first and I can definitely see us going back.

Beau séjour sauf souper décevant
Chambre tres propre et lit confortable. Les bains sont vraiment un gros plus (sauna, spa, piscine ext. chauffée). Le seul point négatif pour nous a été le service au restaurant sur place pour le souper. Il y avait un grand groupe en même temps alors on a eu un service très médiocre et la nourriture(viande) n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes pour le prix payé. J’y retournerais certainement mais sans manger au restaurant sur place.
