Looks like a little resort. Quiet, plaisant, lot of flowers, cozy a nice outside pool and a playroom for families with kids. Close to dining places and Magog which is a cute city

Cette hôtel a connu de meilleurs jours mais le concept est interessant. Les chambres sont grandes et abordables et les préposés passent pour nettoyer quotidiennement. Nous avons été tranquille et nous avons reçu un bon service. Les matelas sont très mous. La porte patio ne s’ouvrait pas, besoin d’ajustement. Ce n’est pas «wow » mais j’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Beautiful room, confortable ans cleen. The mattress was on the softer side for my liking. The hotel looked outdated from the outside, the halls and decor would also need an update but the room had been renovated. There was multiple spot to occupy the kids around the property, the playroom was a hit with the kids. Overall I was satisfied for the price paid!

Very convenient location, not far from the highway. Village looked nice, and the property was okay for the purposes of our stay, which was overnight enroute to the US. Room was basic, but clean.

Clean, friendly, efficient comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay for the most part and were happy the excellent and thoughtful arrangements. Even so, we do have some suggestions: There should be grab bars in the baths to reassure patrons about safety and prevent accidents. The toilets should be raised, again especially for older guests - even a short person could find the present height not convenient. The rail leading into the shallow end of the indoor pool was distinctly "wobbly" and should be mended as soon as possible in the interests of safety. We arrived at breakfast near the end of the breakfast period but still in good time. The buffet eggs, toast, vegetables etc. were too cold and jaded to be eaten and certainly did not look inviting. The charge of $22 was quite out of line for what was offered, unlike the dinner we had enjoyed the evening before. Hope these comments help to make the hotel even more comfortable !

Our room was cozy and clean. Staff was very kind and professional. I was not keen on the games room for the kids half of the games not functioning. The indoor pool I found quite outdated but at least floor tiles all intact. The pools and hot tubs could be cleaned daily. Location is quite beautiful Orford and Magog area..
