Our room was nice and big with a beautiful view. The people were all very friendly and nice. The towel animals made by our housekeeper were cute. The food at the cafe was okay but usually not very hot.

My boyfriend and I love staying at the Pacific Terrace. This is our second time there and they are always so accommodating and welcoming. We mentioned it was our anniversary and they celebrated us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. We will definitely be back!

It took a rebooking request and four phone calls after arrival to get the down and feathers out of the room due to an Allergy. Very unacceptable. They would advise someone is coming to change out the bedding and no one would show up. The rest of the stay was excellent.

Hotel is in great location next to the ocean as well as a lot of close/ walkable shops, restaurants and activities. They offer beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Rooms are spacious and have great balconies. Pool area is clean and restaurant has good food. Staff was more than helpful and professional. Would recommend for a few days in San Diego.

An amazing property with top notch staff! It was my first time visiting San Diego and the team at Pacific Terrace exceeded expectations. They were so accommodating, warm and friendly. We had a really lovely stay here. Being able to walk right out onto the beach path, and easy access to the beach. We were happily handed chairs, umbrella, sand toys and towel whenever we pleased, and we could just drop them off when we were done -- so convenient. The staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. The room was clean, up-to-date and with a bit of character. The texting communication to keep us informed and looked after was great. Lastly, our ocean view balcony room was the icing on the cake. We miss watching the sunset view from our balcony and the times we sat on the beach with our toddler play. This hotel was the foundation for a wonderful trip to San Diego from Brooklyn. Highly recommend.
