"Stayed here for a weekend with our doggy, daughter had just moved close by and was visiting. Could do with a bit of updating, I wouldn’t recommend 5 people staying here as it was cramped for us and there was just 2 of us. The second bedroom pics showed 2 single beds but it was a single bed in there with an under bed. Shower a bit basic,thought the property was a bit overpriced really but considering it’s in the South maybe not. Central heating was good and a good supply of hot water no restrictions. Very busy road found it difficult to park at times. Good chippy at the end of the road.Weather was good, plenty to do"

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. Lamp in the lounge. Bedside lamps in the bedrooms. The black out curtains and blinds need an overhaul. These are all minor things... and so easy to fix. We would not hesitate to stay again, despite these faults and hope they will be rectified soon. Also be aware, we have observed 5 arriving guests who didnt have their confirmation code. Hotels.com block your email address to Viridian. Virdian need to email you the code to get in. So most people who had a room booked by somebody else, hadn't received the confirmation code and had to call Customer Services. If you make your own booking they will immediately follow up with an email. But if someone else has booked on your behalf, that rarely gets forwarded on."
