"The staff were absolutely lovely, it was my mums birthday, they blew up balloons and placed both confetti and the balloons on our bed, they also left us a lovely little cake with a birthday card. I greatly appreciated the amazing service we were given during our stay "

"We had a lovely time at Wembley International Hotel. The staff were very fast at checking us in and were very friendly. I use a breathing ventilator at night but the plug sockets were on the opposite side of the wall to the bed, I asked reception and was promptly given a super long extension lead which did the trick. Really helpful and overall fantastic for the price we paid. About a 5 min walk to Wembley Stadium. We were in the top floor so didn't have any noise issues with our stay. Yes of course there can be some improvements but like I said to my partner, it's perfect for us for the convenience, price, room size (which was super generous) and friendly staff. Overall a solid 5 star experience, thank you :) "

"Loved the cozy feel of this hotel. First time in London and loved staying at the bridge hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a convenient walk to the train station which we were told about by the front desk employee. We did not get his name but he was very helpful and kind. "

"Great choice for a much cheaper hotel stay option outside the centre of London. Close to Gunnersbury Tube for the District Line as well as Chiswick shops and good choice of restaurants. Also has parking onsite which was a plus and outside charging zone- would definitely return"
